NEW FOR 2006 – This low profile casting reel has a thumb bar spool release for easy control whilst fishing plus has an intelligent new braking system Echelon Low Profile which has a metal brake pad which automatically adjusts to the speed of its spool. It has a multi disk main gear star drag system and a one way clutch instant reverse bearing which eliminates back play in the handle. The frame is made from graphite which makes this casting reel very lightweight indeed with a weight of only 7.7 ounces, also has for double shielded stainless ball bearings which helps against corrosion. Colors come in either gray or red. The gear ratio is 6.3:1 and hold approx 100 yards of about 12 pound test line.
