The Abu Garcia Ambassador C3 Casting Reels are very strong and can take some punishment so you do not have to be scared to retrieve that monster fish, they are very smooth and produce high quality performance every time you use it. The internal centrifugal brakes on these reels are non-adjustable and have an adjustable spool knob; all in all this entire reel is just nice and comfortable. There are 4 different reels in this design you have the Abu Garcia C3 Reel 5500, 5501, 6500 and the 6501, the difference between these are that of the gear ratio and the weight and of course the price.
